HOW TO USE
Add one scoop (1 Tablespoon) of Fiber GDX to a cup/tumbler/shaker bottle with at least 8 ounces of water/ juice/favorite beverage, then shake or stir vigorously.
When you begin:
One scoop is all you need! We recommend getting the majority of your fiber through whole food sources.
To start, use 1/4 scoop and slowly increase to 1 scoop over a few weeks. Increasing when you feel your digestive system is adjusting well enough to do so. There is no rush to get to 1 scoop; adding it too fast can promote intestinal gas, abdominal bloating, and cramping.
Be sure to stay hydrated while increasing your fiber intake. Fiber binds with water.
If you are Intermittent Fasting, taking the Fiber GDX only during your eating window is recommended as it has calories and stevia.
For a tasty treat, combine the Fiber GDX with one of our Acai Lemonade collagens, 12-24+oz of water and consume together. Dr. Haver and many of the 'Pause Nutrition team combine the two! It can help thin out the Fiber for a win!
Before beginning, consult with your healthcare physician. Food supplements are not a replacement for a varied and balanced diet or healthy lifestyle. We recommend a whole foods first approach, supplementing the nutritional gap only as needed to fit your specific situation.
